Business Development Manager (Real Estate) – SEA

About the role

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead all real‑estate activities across the Southeast Asia macro‑region. You will manage a portfolio that includes retail, office and industrial assets, driving leasing, development, acquisition and disposal initiatives that support the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the regional market strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Implement the company’s real‑estate objectives and group strategy in line with market growth.
• Negotiate lease terms, extensions, renewals, rent reductions and related economics for specific retail locations.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Legal, Design and Construction to ensure timely completion of lease‑related activities.
• Present negotiated deals to senior executives with recommended actions.
• Monitor shopping‑center and retail‑industry developments, including expansions, ownership changes and bankruptcies.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate retail environments and identify potential new locations or relocations.
• Manage leasing coordinators and related office responsibilities.
