Business Development Manager – Strategic Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic planning and partnership initiatives for Ambition Group Singapore. The role works closely with senior leadership to shape new business opportunities and ensure successful execution across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate new partnerships, initiatives and strategic projects, including feasibility and scenario analysis.
• Develop business cases and operating models for partnership structures, courses and regional programmes.
• Support contract review and coordination with Legal, covering commercial terms, scope, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate inputs from Academic, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal and QA teams on partnership workstreams.
• Prepare proposals, management papers and board‑level presentation materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic planning.
• Track project milestones, dependencies and risks, providing structured updates to leadership.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic planning or commercial analysis.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
