About the role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales of training and learning solutions for corporate and executive clients in Singapore. The role requires a commercially sharp professional who can operate independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for training programmes and learning solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, including senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Manage end‑to‑end project coordination for training engagements, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on learning and development needs.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as delivery, design, and operations.
  • Respond quickly to shifting client needs and market dynamics, demonstrating sound judgment under pressure.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the brand positioning of training offerings where relevant.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training sales, learning solutions sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the professional training landscape in Singapore, especially corporate or executive training.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable presenting to C‑suite and senior‑level stakeholders.
  • Highly independent, self‑motivated, and able to manage priorities without close supervision.
