Business Development & Partnerships Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Analyst to support the end‑to‑end preparation of tenders, develop financial models and business plans, and manage strategic partnerships across Singapore travel retail platforms such as Changi Airport and MRT networks.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, concession bids and renewal negotiations for travel‑retail opportunities.
• Build financial models, revenue forecasts and cost assumptions to assess project returns.
• Produce high‑quality presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct market, trend and competitor research to inform commercial strategy.
• Source, evaluate and manage partnerships with banks, payment providers, airlines, landlords and retail operators.
• Coordinate joint campaigns, promotions and collaborations with internal teams.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to drive customer acquisition and spend.
• Track partnership performance using metrics such as incremental sales uplift, acquisition, conversion and spend per passenger.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimise partnership ROI and scalability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in business analysis, partnerships, commercial strategy or consulting.
• Experience in travel retail, retail, FMCG or loyalty/partnership ecosystems is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analytical and financial modelling tasks.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to create clear, compelling decks for senior stakeholders.
