Business Development Representative – ASEAN

About the role

As a Business Development Representative for the ASEAN territory, you will be the frontline catalyst for revenue growth, prospecting and qualifying high‑quality opportunities for Account Directors. You will work closely with senior executives across the region, leveraging threat intelligence to engage C‑suite stakeholders in the cybersecurity space.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and engage C‑suite and VP‑level prospects across ASEAN accounts.
• Run multi‑channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to generate qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to build detailed account intelligence, including org charts and buying committees.
• Lead discovery calls, uncover pain points and secure next‑step meetings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene by logging activities and ensuring data accuracy in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably in cybersecurity or technical SaaS within the ASEAN enterprise market.
• Proven track record of exceeding pipeline or quota goals.
• Comfortable engaging executive‑level stakeholders.
• Ambitious self‑starter eager to build a career in technology sales.
• Willingness to travel for training and events and attend the Singapore office at least three days per week.
• Based in Singapore with full professional proficiency in English; Mandarin fluency is a plus.
