Business Development Specialist

About the role

thinkbridge is looking for a Business Development Specialist with at least 2 years of B2B solution or technology sales experience. You will own the top‑to‑mid funnel engine, turning raw leads into qualified, sales‑ready opportunities and ensuring the sales team focuses on the highest‑likelihood prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize, clean, segment and activate high‑potential B2B lead lists.
• Maintain a data‑driven lead pipeline that maximizes conversion probability.
• Collaborate with sales teams to hand over qualified, sales‑ready opportunities.
• Monitor and report on funnel performance metrics.
• Continuously improve lead‑generation processes and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B solution or technology sales.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of managing lead pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
