Business Operations Intern – Education Sector

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Operations Intern to support our education business. The role offers hands‑on experience in client and tutor management, B2B coordination and internal process optimisation within a vibrant Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tuition enquiries received via forms, social media and WhatsApp, gathering client information and providing timely responses.
• Convert client requirements into clear job‑post formats and maintain after‑sales service for both clients and tutors.
• Broadcast tutoring assignments to a database of over 50,000 tutors using automated email and Telegram channels, applying filters such as location and qualifications.
• Assist in shortlisting, profiling and marketing tutors to match client needs, and resolve technical issues for tutors.
• Support the B2B arm by liaising with tuition centres, government agencies and educational institutes, scheduling interviews and managing contracts and invoices.
• Work with customised back‑end software to streamline internal workflows, coordinate inter‑department handovers and track client assignments.

Required profile

• University or Polytechnic student willing to commit to a full‑time internship of at least three months.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
