Business Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

About the role

Citi's Enterprise Services and Public Affairs (ESPA) is seeking a Business Senior Analyst to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Business Execution Team. The role supports the Data Strategy & Management team in advancing data-driven decision-making, process excellence and business transformation across RES, combining corporate real estate domain knowledge, business process management expertise and project delivery experience. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, map, redesign and govern end-to-end business processes across RES, driving efficiency, standardization, controls and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation, coordinating stakeholders and managing milestones.
• Develop business cases, project roadmaps and implementation plans for process, technology, data and organizational change initiatives.
• Establish process architecture, standards, documentation and governance frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders to define future-state operating models and adopt best practices.
• Drive data governance with data owners and system stakeholders, setting standards, ownership, quality controls, KPIs and critical data elements.
• Analyze business, operational and market data to generate insights for strategic decisions.
• Support and evaluate proofs of concept and pilots involving AI, automation, process optimization and digital transformation.

Required profile

• 5-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Deep domain experience in corporate real estate, facilities management or construction.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business change.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in global organizations and matrix environments is highly desirable.
