Café Supervisor – Shift Lead (Singapore)

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Café Supervisor to lead shifts at its Paragon store in Singapore. You will be responsible for opening and closing the outlet, ensuring brand standards are met, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts, managing cash, opening, and closing procedures.
• Order consumables, receive deliveries, and monitor inventory.
• Prepare and serve drinks to Costa brand standards, including espresso quality checks.
• Maintain coffee equipment, report faults, and follow maintenance schedules.
• Conduct daily health, safety, and food‑safety walk‑arounds and act on issues.
• Support team members throughout the shift to achieve KPI targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a café or food‑service environment.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
