About the role

We are seeking a Call Centre Agent to join the contact centre of a leading local bank on a 12‑month contract. The role involves handling inbound and outbound telephone enquiries related to banking products, accounts and services, ensuring each customer receives a personalised and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and provide accurate information on banking products and services.
• Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions and resolve issues promptly.
• Detect cross‑sell opportunities during interactions and refer qualified leads.
• Maintain high service quality standards to achieve full customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback and highlight recurring problems for continuous improvement.
