Campaign Specialist

About the role

This position delivers targeted marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and paid media channels. It covers executing strategic initiatives, coordinating timelines and assets, integrating manufacturer offers and supporting channel-specific activity, while contributing to performance tracking, optimisation and the effective use of marketing tools and systems to drive engagement and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email and paid media, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and approvals, supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Integrate manufacturer offers into campaign activity, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver campaigns through HR/employer channels and support media planning with external partners.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports and use insights to recommend improvements.
• Manage campaign deployment via CRM and marketing automation platforms, keeping data accurate and consistent.
• Work closely with the Manager and internal teams to align execution with broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, paid media).
• Strong coordination skills, managing timelines, assets and approvals across stakeholders.
• Experience integrating promotional offers and managing campaign delivery internally and externally.
• Attention to detail and consistency across campaign assets and messaging.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to monitor campaign performance and apply data insights to optimise future activity.
