Carpenter – Custom Woodwork (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a junior carpenter to craft and install custom woodwork for kitchen furniture projects across Singapore. The role involves working on site at our North Sungei Kadut facility, collaborating with designers and construction teams to deliver high-quality interior fixtures.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and install custom cabinets, shelves, and other interior wood fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and related materials using hand and power tools.
• Assemble and install structures such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim.
• Repair and refurbish existing wooden components as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of carpentry experience.
• Hands-on experience with various carpentry materials.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Comfortable handling heavy materials and working six days a week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools (hammers, rulers) and power tools (powered saws).
• Measurement and layout skills.
