Central Kitchen Cook

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Central Kitchen Cook to join our island‑wide food production team in Singapore. The role involves preparing large volumes of meals for multiple outlets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients – cutting, marinating and portioning – according to standardized recipes.
• Cook food in bulk using ovens, grills, steamers and other equipment, ensuring correct temperature and portion size.
• Check that each batch meets quality, taste, temperature and presentation standards before dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, adhering to HACCP and food‑safety policies.
• Monitor stock levels, apply FIFO principles and manage waste in line with production schedules.
• Collaborate with kitchen assistants and supervise junior staff when required.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment with long standing periods and exposure to hot or cold conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Attention to detail, strong productivity mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
