Centre Manager – Enrichment Centre

About the role

The Centre Manager will lead the daily operations of an enrichment centre, driving programme promotion, lead generation and enrolment conversion while ensuring smooth scheduling and teacher coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Promote centre programmes, courses and ongoing promotions to customers.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to arrange trial lessons and convert enquiries into enrolments.
• Conduct programme presentations and lead roadshow activities to generate new leads.
• Track and follow up on renewal cases.
• Oversee daily centre operations, including scheduling, teachers, trainers and centre activities.
• Support achievement of sales targets and weekly lead‑generation goals set by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification relevant experience.
• At least 3 years in a Centre Manager or similar role.
• Experience working in an enrichment centre in Singapore.
