Centre Manager

About the role

Aureus Group is seeking a dynamic Centre Manager to lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives at its music education centres across Singapore. The role blends sales, customer service, and team development to drive enrolments while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct the assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily.
• Achieve monthly lead‑generation, sales/enrolment, and conversion targets.
• Mentor and coach team members to meet individual performance goals.
• Handle all incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Organise sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and uphold service quality.
• Drive centre growth by delivering excellent customer service and reducing student turnover.
• Maintain or exceed closure/conversion rates from trials to enrolments.
• Plan and execute teacher growth plans to meet monthly teacher targets.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership qualities.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency (additional languages a plus).
