Centre Manager – Student Care (North, East & Central)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to lead the daily operations of our Student Care Centres across the North, East and Central regions of Singapore. The role involves ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for students while driving enrolment and programme quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Student Care Centres, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a team of teachers and support staff, handling recruitment, training and performance management.
• Plan and deliver student care programmes, enrichment activities and academic support initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with parents, addressing enquiries, feedback and concerns professionally.
• Drive centre growth through enrolment targets, retention strategies and marketing efforts.
• Manage budgets, scheduling and resource allocation to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum three years of supervisory or managerial experience in a student care, childcare, tuition or similar educational setting.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
