Certified Early Childhood Teacher (Infant/Toddler) – Singapore

About the role

This permanent position is for a certified early childhood teacher who will nurture infants and toddlers across multiple centres island‑wide in Singapore. You will create a safe, stimulating environment that supports each child’s developmental milestones while collaborating closely with families and the wider community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant curricula for infants and toddlers.
• Foster secure, respectful relationships with children, ensuring their emotional and physical wellbeing.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, caregivers, and community stakeholders.
• Mentor junior educators, guiding their professional growth and practice.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of preschool programmes and collaborative culture.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or equivalent (HCIC, ACEY).
• Current enrolment in HCIC or ACEY programmes is acceptable.
• Relevant experience teaching infants and toddlers is preferred.
• Passion for early childhood education and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

• Strong communication skills for engaging families and colleagues.
