Certified Early Years Educator – Preschool (Up to SGD 3,000)

About the role

The position is for an AB03 – EY2 Certified Educator to work with infants and toddlers across multiple locations islandwide in Singapore. The role involves creating a secure, high‑quality learning environment and collaborating with families and the community.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure and quality learning environment for children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships.
• Enrich children’s learning by co‑designing and implementing a developmentally and culturally appropriate curriculum.
• Strengthen partnerships with families and the community and co‑design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide junior educators, provide suggestions for professional development, and contribute to a culture of collaboration.
• Respond to the needs of infants and toddlers, implementing appropriate curricula and programmes.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
• Candidates currently undergoing HCIC/ACEY are welcome.
• Preferable experience teaching infants and toddlers.
