Certified Personal Trainer – Full‑time Gym Position

About the role

Anytime Fitness Singapore is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will work directly with members to design safe, effective, and motivating training programmes that help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalised workout plans.
• Deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and progress tracking for members.
• Educate members on basic nutrition principles and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a clean, organised training area and equipment.
• Collaborate with club staff to support member retention and participate in gym events.

Required profile

• Current personal trainer certification from a recognised body (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver customised workout programmes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to motivate members of varying fitness levels.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in a commercial gym or fitness facility is preferred.
• First‑aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
