Certified Preschool Educator (Infant/Toddler) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Preschool Educator to lead infant and toddler classes across our islandwide network of centres in Singapore. The role involves creating a safe, nurturing learning environment and delivering a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged 0‑3 years.

Key responsibilities

• Create a secure and quality learning environment through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with children.
• Design and implement culturally appropriate, developmentally suitable curricula, integrating innovative teaching practices.
• Build strong partnerships with families and the community, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide junior educators, providing mentorship and suggestions for professional development.
• Respond to the needs of infants and toddlers, ensuring a responsive and reciprocal relationship.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

Required profile

• Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care & Development (CIT) or Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY). Candidates currently undertaking HCIC/ACEY are welcome.
• Relevant experience in teaching infants and toddlers is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage families and stakeholders.

• Permanent employment with a monthly salary of SGD 2,400‑3,000.
• Work locations across Katong, Novena, Pasir Ris, Toa Payoh, Newton, Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio, Thomson, Loyang, Anchorvale, and other islandwide sites.
• Monday‑Friday schedule, 44 hours per week.
