CESG Project Manager (2-year contract)

About the role

Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) is hiring a CESG Project Manager on a 2-year contract. Reporting directly to the CESG Assistant Director and supporting the CESG Director, you will shape the research direction of CESG and strengthen its outreach. The role covers research and analysis in Social Mobility, Resilient Families, Healthcare & Eldercare and Sustainability & Environment, and includes managing CESG's training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define research areas and topics for CESG projects.
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative research across project lifecycles to obtain actionable data.
• Use surveys, interviews, focus groups and online tracking to collect data, then analyse it for trends and insights.
• Design and lead quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, keeping presentation materials and editorial articles professional.
• Manage CESG training programmes end to end, including logistics, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Monitor programme performance, gather feedback and improve future sessions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise value.

Required profile

• Degree holder, preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the social impact sector.
• Critical thinker who is self-directed.
• Outreach experience in social, community or education work.
• Experience leading and managing industry partnerships and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SPSS, Power BI or Excel for data analysis.
