About the role

We are seeking a proactive Chairman's Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chairman of Kaneze International Group. This full‑time position involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.

Key responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support for the chairman.
Manage and coordinate the chairman's schedule, meetings, travel arrangements and official activities.
Prepare meeting agendas and materials, accurately record minutes, and ensure timely follow‑up of decisions and actions.
Act as a key communication interface between the chairman, senior management and external stakeholders.
Organise, maintain and protect important company documents, contracts and reports.
Monitor and track the progress of key initiatives, provide timely reminders and concise status updates.
Handle sensitive information and the chairman’s data with the highest level of confidentiality.
Undertake additional responsibilities entrusted by the chairman.
