Change Management Analyst

About the role

NCS, an AI tech services company and subsidiary of the Singtel Group, is looking for a Change Management and Adoption Analyst to join its Change Management team in Singapore. The team delivers services such as workplace-centric AI change management and adoption, Digital Adoption Platform solutions, culture change and augmentation, Change Management PMO establishment and workforce competency assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on change management and adoption, developing approaches by analysing impacted stakeholders
• Execute and monitor change-related activities such as analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, enablement, adoption and reinforcement
• Help manage stakeholder expectations affected by the change initiative
• Support the building or enhancement of capabilities, such as digital adoption platforms and people analytics, alongside the lead or senior consultant
• Support presales by shaping and qualifying opportunities, defining strategy and scope, preparing costings and drafting proposals
• Identify process improvements, such as streamlining workflows or introducing faster tools
• Share change management best practices within the team

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, writing coherently and concisely without spelling or grammar errors
• Fluent communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to create professional, visually attractive presentation decks and collateral, with a portfolio shown in the interview
• Ability to produce and edit videos, manually or with AI tools

Required skills

• Fluency in using generative AI tools for a wide range of scenarios
