Change Management Consultant

About the role

Infosys is hiring a Change Management Consultant in Singapore. The role drives people-focused outcomes for large-scale, multi-dimensional and complex programmes, working directly with well-known clients within a global management consulting firm active in next-generation digital services and consulting. The consultant must have a consulting mindset, be a problem solver and step beyond their primary skills, such as project management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a change management and/or organisation design practitioner on client sites, either alone or leading a change team.
• Work with Infosys Consulting teams and delivery units to ensure effective change strategy and plans, modern multi-mode communications, clear articulation of change challenges and mitigation strategies, and adoption driven by human-centred design and immersion in technology or non-technology solutions.
• Build thought leadership to shape market points of view and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and proactive offer development.

Required profile

• Experienced change practitioner and thought leader.
• Experience in Financial Services, Telco, Energy, Mining or Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of organisational design.
• Experience designing and driving consequential change.
• Passion for technologies and familiarity with contemporary ways of working.
