About the role
Micron is hiring a Change Management Engineer for its Fab10 facility. You will work with Global Process Control, Traveler Control, IS, area engineering and production to align, optimise and troubleshoot system setup and operation procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Drive system improvements and assist with projects related to various MES applications
- Align globally the Best Known Methods for system setup, for both Traveler and Process Control
- Work on projects that optimise MES system setup
- As application owner, deliver training and give feedback to the team on troubleshooting and problem solutions
- Deliver software system enhancements, training, updates and upgrades
- Provide automation solutions for continuous systems and productivity improvements
Required profile
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
- Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator who can collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
- Leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
Required skills
- C#, C++, SQL, R, Visual Studio, Python and Java
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
