Channel Account Manager – Singapore

About the role

ESET is looking for a Channel Account Manager to drive growth by leveraging key channel partners in Singapore. You will own the opportunity pipeline within an assigned seat count, build strong relationships with partners and senior customer management, and ensure the delivery of value‑added security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic market research and identify opportunities with the support of senior colleagues.
• Develop and execute business plans, including Quarterly Business Reviews, to deepen partner traction.
• Manage engagement with standard and MSP partners across all sales cycles.
• Collaborate with wider sales, marketing and senior management teams to maximize pull‑through content and revenue.
• Promote value‑added solutions to existing installed base and forecast weekly with accuracy.
• Recruit, enable and develop distributors, resellers and system integrators.
• Monitor competitor activities and devise strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Utilize advanced CRM tools to maintain detailed records of partner activities, pipeline status and sales performance.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Experience in channel sales or partner management within the IT security sector.
• Proven ability to build long‑term relationships with senior management.
• Strong analytical skills for market research, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Capability to develop business plans, conduct quarterly reviews and drive partner initiatives.
• Experience recruiting and enabling distributors, resellers and system integrators.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional sales and marketing teams.
