Charging Developer (Singapore)

About the role

Tesla is seeking a proactive Charging Developer to lead the discovery, negotiation, deployment and ongoing management of new charging locations for Tesla owners in Singapore and beyond. The role demands a blend of commercial acumen, project management expertise and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of new charging site opportunities aligned with current and future Tesla owner needs.
• Maintain and grow relationships with external partners, property owners, governmental bodies and internal teams.
• Ensure timely deployment of charging sites by coordinating installers, suppliers and site hosts.
• Assist in shaping deployment strategy, location selection and feasibility analyses.
• Craft and negotiate proposals and agreements that deliver win‑win outcomes.
• Oversee installer onboarding, training and selection for projects in Singapore and other regions.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and finalize site host agreements.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to Tesla’s mission of accelerating the transition to sustainable energy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage 20+ concurrent projects across different phases.
• Excellent internal communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven track record (5+ years) of building and nurturing B2B relationships, preferably in retail, real estate or related sectors.
• Self‑motivated, outspoken and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.

Required skills
