Chef de Partie – Bakery

About the role

The Bakery Chef de Partie will join the culinary team at a premier resort, supporting the Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef in delivering high‑quality baked goods. This junior‑executive position offers the chance to work with fresh ingredients in a dynamic, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef with daily culinary operations.
• Prepare all freshly baked items using fresh ingredients.
• Inspect and maintain a clean baking area that meets hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure strict compliance with state sanitation, health regulations, and hotel requirements.
• Help set up and present a la carte pastry and buffet dessert tables.

Required profile

• Certificate in Patisserie or Bakery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the bakery & pastry field, preferably with hands‑on baking experience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
