About the role
Hilton Singapore Orchard is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join its culinary team. You will work across several kitchen outlets, including the Executive Lounge, Estate, Garde Manger, Pastry, and Western Banquet, delivering high‑quality dishes that delight guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to standard recipes, photographs and plating guides.
- Assist the Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations and team training.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and HACCP standards throughout the kitchen.
- Support inventory taking, portion control and cost management.
- Participate in off‑site events and assist with menu development.
- Collaborate with the Stewarding department to minimise waste and breakage.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or large‑scale restaurant.
- Familiarity with hotel occupancy, event forecasts and menu planning.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑outlet environment.
- Professional attitude and willingness to adapt to changing demands.
Required skills
- HACCP compliance and food safety knowledge.
- Food preparation and recipe execution.
- Operation of kitchen equipment, tools and machines.
- Inventory management and portion control.
