Chef – Full-time Kitchen Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chef to lead our daily kitchen operations at K.A.B.A. FOOD SOLUTIONS in Singapore. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, freshness and presentation according to menu specifications and SOPs.
• Prepare, cook and serve a diverse range of menu items.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with NEA food safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Maintain and properly use all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with inventory control, stock ordering and supply management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Hard‑working, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, ingredients and flavours.
• Team player who blends well with kitchen staff.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
