About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Chef to lead our kitchen operations across our islandwide locations in Singapore. The role involves ensuring high culinary standards, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee food preparation and monitor kitchen staff performance.
- Maintain and assess kitchen equipment, ordering new items when necessary.
- Determine food and supply requirements to support restaurant operations.
- Train and onboard new kitchen personnel.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
Required profile
- Proven experience in kitchen or restaurant management.
- Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Organisational skills for inventory and equipment management.
