Chief Cook

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Cook to lead our kitchen operations at Coffee Connect@145. The role involves overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and managing the kitchen team to deliver excellent meals to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Allocate duties and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all orders are completed timely and meet quality standards.
• Manage stock checking, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
• Maintain strict hygiene and housekeeping standards within the kitchen.
• Store, prepare, and present food safely and hygienically.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and wholesale buyers.
• Work night shifts, split shifts, and occasional weekends or extra hours as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably as a chief cook or head chef.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage inventory.
• Commitment to food safety and high‑quality service.
