Civil Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Civil Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and executing construction programmes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor master and short‑term construction programmes to meet project milestones.
• Evaluate construction techniques and method statements for efficiency and safety.
• Perform simple design calculations to support technical decisions.
• Oversee daily project operations, resolve issues promptly, and supervise progress.
• Identify and resolve technical problems on site to minimise delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, certifications, and quality requirements.
• Implement and enforce the Project Quality Plan and safety regulations.
• Manage claims processing to support financial closure of projects.

Required profile

• Professional level experience in civil engineering construction projects.
• Full‑time availability.
