About the role

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is hiring a Civil & Structures Engineer to take part in the planning and design development of road and rail projects.

Key responsibilities

Conduct feasibility and engineering studies, and review design submissions or carry out detailed civil and structural design for road and rail projects.
Manage design consultants and conduct project safety reviews and construction audits for major infrastructure projects.
Review engineering standards and provide technical support to construction teams and other LTA technical divisions for project implementation.

Required profile

Knowledge in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Civil / Structural Engineering design, including structural design and construction of underground works, bridges and rail.
Keen interest in land transport infrastructure projects.
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered for senior roles.
