About the role
We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in daily operations and lead our cleaning staff to ensure a clean, safe environment for the public.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily running and management.
- Supervise cleaning staff activities, including training, instructing, and managing workflow.
- Participate in cleaning designated areas to keep them hygienic for the public.
- Ensure cleaning work meets required standards and complies with health and safety regulations.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, and emptying bins.
- Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations and take precautions to prevent hazards.
- Report any dangerous situations or health and safety shortcomings to the line manager.
Required profile
- Flexible to work weekend and public holiday day shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting operations.
- Team‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
