Client Relations Associate – Singapore

About the role

The Client Relations Associate supports the bank’s Singapore office by delivering high‑quality customer service for account opening, time deposits, and a wide range of over‑the‑counter transactions. The role combines front‑office client interaction with back‑office processing and occasional marketing support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform start‑ and end‑of‑day banking activities.
• Process fund transfers, cash and check deposits, withdrawals, foreign‑currency exchanges, and remittances, authorising transactions up to SGD 30,000.
• Monitor time‑deposit maturities and coordinate client instructions.
• Brief prospective clients on bank products, cross‑sell services, and provide proactive assistance.
• Act as Junior Marketing Officer by organising events and supporting promotional activities.
• Serve as an alternate for Loans Operations, Treasury Operations, and act as liaison for Singapore and Philippines branches.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, data‑privacy, and service‑quality standards.
• Handle small projects and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• At least three years of customer‑service experience in a bank.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Good problem‑solving and numerical aptitude.
• Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.
