Client Services Director

About the role

The Client Services Director oversees the management, retention and expansion of a key client portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. The role plays a strategic part in nurturing client relationships and driving revenue growth within a professional services environment focused on corporate, fund, trust and fiduciary services. The Director leads a team responsible for client relationships and acts as the primary senior contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of strategic client relationships and build trusted partnerships based on clients' business needs, objectives and challenges.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction and revenue growth through proactive relationship management and service excellence.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and work with internal stakeholders on cross-selling and upselling.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews and strategic discussions.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery teams to ensure services meet quality standards.
• Provide leadership and oversight on complex client matters, including transactions and escalations.
• Monitor client service performance and implement improvements, and ensure prompt, professional responses to client requests and concerns.
• Champion a client-centric culture within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate services, fund services, trust administration, fiduciary, accounting or professional services.
• Proven experience managing key client relationships and leading client-facing teams.
• Experience with private companies, multinational corporations, funds or complex corporate structures.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate governance, company secretarial practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• An established professional network in the Singapore market is advantageous.
