Clinic Assistant – Patient Care & Administration

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our well‑loved Bukit Timah clinic. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth patient flow, maintaining a clean environment, and providing friendly service to our community.

Key responsibilities

• Register patients, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Prepare examination rooms, assist healthcare professionals with basic procedures, and keep the clinic tidy.
• Maintain electronic and paper patient records accurately and confidentially.
• Handle billing, cashiering, and transaction processing efficiently.
• Provide information on clinic services, health packages, and general assistance to patients.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, rotating shift environment, including weekends.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and patient‑centric care.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office.
