About the role

A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is looking for a Clinic Manager through its client. The role oversees the day-to-day running of the clinic, manages staff and ensures high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient, effective service delivery.
• Manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to improve patient care and efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing and revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimise patient care and coordinate with external partners and vendors.
• Address patient concerns and feedback, and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Required skills
