Clinic Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our clinic in Yishun, Singapore. You will ensure smooth workflow, high service standards, and a safe environment for patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate administrative activities, staff schedules and overall daily operations.
• Supervise and support clinic staff to maintain performance and service standards.
• Handle appointments, patient enquiries and general customer service matters.
• Monitor inventory, clinic supplies and liaise with suppliers as needed.
• Maintain administrative records, reports, billing and other operational documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining clinic policies, procedures and service standards.
• Work with management and staff to resolve operational issues and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace, health and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinic, healthcare or service operations.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Good problem‑solving and team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
