Clinic Operations Supervisor (Senior Management)

About the role

The Clinic Operations Supervisor will report to the Manager of Ambulatory and Procedural Services and lead the day‑to‑day administration of a multi‑disciplinary medical clinic across Singapore. This senior‑level position ensures smooth patient flow, optimal use of resources, and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, supply management, workflow, and productivity.
• Manage patient registration, scheduling of inpatient and outpatient procedures, and ensure top‑tier customer service.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental performance‑improvement initiatives to refine scheduling and operational processes.
• Develop and recommend enhancements to systems, schedules, and procedures, applying quality‑improvement principles.
• Maximize session utilization by adjusting daily schedules to increase patient volume.
• Provide administrative support to physician leaders and senior managers as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising clinic or healthcare staff and resources.
• Strong understanding of patient registration, scheduling, and charge‑capture processes.
• Ability to lead performance‑improvement projects and implement operational changes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
