Cloud Infra Engineer (IAM)

About the role

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Government Technology Agency (GovTech), is looking for a skilled Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineer. The ideal candidate has a strong background in implementing and managing identity solutions, with expertise in authentication and authorization protocols, including Microsoft-specific technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain IAM solutions across the organisation
• Configure and manage identity brokering products, focusing on the Microsoft ecosystem (AD, ADFS, PKI, MS Entra)
• Implement and manage authentication protocols including Kerberos, SAML and OAuth
• Use the Microsoft Graph API for identity management and automation
• Ensure the security and governance of the identity infrastructure
• Develop scripts to reduce operational toil and automate manual tasks
• Support operations, troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IAM or related fields
• Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP and ADFS
• Strong knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of identity governance and compliance requirements

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Graph API
• Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python)
• CI/CD pipeline development and management
• DevSecOps practices and security automation
• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator and Azure Security Engineer certifications
