Club Concierge – Executive Lounge

About the role

The Club Concierge provides premium service to guests in the Executive Lounge of The Ritz‑Carlton Club. You will ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and deliver a seamless beverage experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor lounge seating, service flow, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables and equipment.
• Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages.
• Stock ice, glassware and supplies; anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
• Perform dishwashing and utensil cleaning as required.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including documentation in the department logbook.
• Requisition and transport supplies, secure liquor, wine and beer storage.
• Forecast additional meal requirements and relay special requests to the kitchen.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, assist guests with disabilities and thank them sincerely.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette and maintain professional communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb without assistance.
• Capability to stand, sit or walk for an entire shift.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
