Club Manager – Executive Club Lounge

About the role

The Club Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of The Ritz‑Carlton Club Lounge, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalized and seamless luxury experience. This senior position combines team leadership, food & beverage oversight, and financial stewardship within a prestigious hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Club Lounge, upholding The Ritz‑Carlton Credo and Three Steps of Service.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP and returning guests, recognizing preferences and anticipating needs.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Oversee all food and beverage offerings, including afternoon tea, evening hors d’oeuvres, and wine service, ensuring impeccable presentation and safety standards.
• Monitor and control food & beverage costs, manage inventory, and achieve revenue targets without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the Culinary team on menu planning and presentation.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, cruise lines or airlines.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and wine service etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, manage costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and evenings.
