Cluster Revenue Manager/Director

About the role

The Cluster Revenue Manager/Director leads revenue management strategy and execution for a hotel or a group of hotels within a defined area. The role ensures the team delivers accurate forecasting, pricing, and inventory control to grow profitable market share and meet performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver core revenue management services through accurate forecasting, pricing, and inventory optimization for guest rooms and meeting spaces.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and consistent selling strategies across CRS, PMS, IDeaS, and third‑party distribution channels.
• Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, and production trends to identify revenue opportunities and adjust strategies proactively.
• Ensure data integrity and proper setup of revenue management systems, rate databases, reservations, and distribution channels.
• Apply overbooking, pricing, and inventory strategies while preventing unprofitable discounting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and hotel stakeholders to drive demand generation and support strategic decisions.
• Provide strategic analysis, revenue insights, and performance recommendations to hotel management and regional leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, business reviews, and revenue strategy discussions.
• Identify root causes of underperformance and implement corrective actions.
