About the role
Applied Materials, a global leader in materials science and engineering solutions for semiconductors and advanced displays, is looking for a college intern to carry out process development in PVD Ventura chambers for TSV applications. The internship is based in Singapore and is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Under engineer's guidance, perform, collect data and analyse unusually complex experiments to develop the physical vapor deposition (PVD) product.
- PVD process optimisation and measurement of metal film properties, and organisation of data and reports for review.
- Perform hardware characterisation on moderately difficult systems within safety guidelines.
- With engineer's guidance, help troubleshoot moderately complex problems, carry out root cause analysis and resolve moderately difficult process engineering issues.
