Colourist – Beauty & Personal Care (Singapore)

About the role

WPP Production is seeking an experienced Colourist to lead colour grading for high‑end beauty and personal care advertising projects. The role will support TV commercials, digital campaigns and global adaptations, ensuring visual consistency and brand fidelity across all deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead colour grading on a wide range of projects, with a focus on beauty and personal care content.
• Deliver precise skin‑tone accuracy, complexion consistency, and product colour fidelity.
• Collaborate with directors, DOPs and agency creative teams in client‑attended grading sessions.
• Manage HDR and SDR pipelines to meet broadcast, digital and platform‑specific requirements worldwide.
• Work closely with VFX, compositing and offline teams to maintain colour consistency throughout the post‑production workflow.
• Oversee LUT creation and management using on‑set data and camera logs.
• Perform quality control on all graded deliverables, ensuring technical and creative integrity.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating timelines and delivery expectations with Post Producers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with colour science, grading technology and beauty advertising trends.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience as a Colourist with a strong portfolio of high‑end beauty, personal care or premium FMCG advertising work.
• Expert‑level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, including node‑based grading, colour warper and audio workflows.
• Strong knowledge of colour science, colour spaces, LUT management and camera log handling.
