Commercial Contract Manager

About the role

The Commercial Contract Manager will lead contract negotiations and legal reviews for complex, high‑value projects in cloud, telecom and renewable‑energy sectors. You will act as the primary liaison between key accounts, internal teams and external partners to ensure contracts are risk‑controlled and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and contribute to the design of bidding models for cloud and renewable‑energy projects.
• Draft, negotiate and finalize contracts for difficult‑scenario projects, ensuring minimal risk and high contract quality.
• Communicate signed contracts to all relevant stakeholders and provide interpretation to support implementation.
• Lead commercial and legal functional reviews, offering decision‑making support for complex projects.
• Collect and analyse market, customer and industry data to inform commercial strategies.
• Predict and mitigate business risks, design end‑to‑end risk‑management solutions, and resolve major disputes.

Required profile

• Degree in law or equivalent experience as an in‑house lawyer or at a reputable commercial law firm.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract/commercial manager, preferably with international contracting exposure.
• Experience in IT, telecommunications, cloud or renewable‑energy sectors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and solid knowledge of corporate and contract law.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a diverse team.
