Commercial Executive – Invoice Estimation & Preparation (1-year contract)

About the role

The Commercial Executive supports SAESLA’s commercial team by preparing accurate invoice estimates for engine repair shop visits and delivering monthly sales and profit forecasts. This 1‑year contract position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met and financial data is reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Generate engine repair cost estimates in SAP and Microsoft Excel, using work‑scope details and historical data.
• Prepare monthly sales and profit forecasts for Finance, Accounts and other internal departments.
• Track, investigate and resolve invoice disputes with relevant parties.
• Create new customer contracts and amend existing ones in SAP.
• Assist the commercial team with ad‑hoc commercial matters.
• Identify and implement process improvements, such as automation of manual tasks.
• Execute other projects as assigned by the Commercial Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Comfortable handling high volumes of data and meeting tight deadlines.
• Highly meticulous with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to work independently.
