Commercial Intern, CNBC International (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

Versant, which owns CNBC International, is looking for a Commercial Intern to support Distribution and Business Development at CNBC International. The intern will learn how to build and monetize CNBC's intellectual property, working across in-house partnerships, new business acquisition, market research, account management support and affiliate marketing, and helping with day-to-day content operations for broadcast and clip licensing.

Key responsibilities

• Help identify opportunities to grow CNBC's distribution and business development revenue.
• Research and synthesize market data to evaluate new business and partnership opportunities, and prepare competitor and market analyses.
• Update presentation decks with case studies and other content.
• Work with the Distribution Analyst and stakeholders on broadcast and content delivery operations.
• Manage the Clip Licensing business, from clipping guest interviews to maintaining the CNBC Mediahub e-commerce site, and support its development with a third-party developer.
• Provide administrative support to the EMEA and APAC teams, such as sales records, subscriber reports and the affiliates database.
• Support account management for existing partners and affiliates, and support affiliate marketing for APAC and EMEA.

Required profile

• University student currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field such as business administration or entrepreneurship.
• Legal right to work in Singapore; only eligible candidates will be considered.
• Available for a full-time internship from January to June 2027.
• Fluent English, strong communication and organizational skills, and interest in media and entertainment.
